Yes, you will be charged for your order depending on the location/region you selected for delivery.

Fashion Kart does not have a share in price of logistics our only focus is to provide you good quality products in genuine price…the shipping charges are the same which our logistics partner charges for the service to deliver products to our customers.

yes we know and understand you will feel hesitation with shipping charges but we have a hope that situation will change as Nepal’s logistics and other aspects are changing and growing at a rapid pace.

Reason – Logistics and delivery in Nepal can be expensive due to several factors. One reason is the geographical challenges, as Nepal is a landlocked country with mountainous terrain, making it difficult and costly to transport goods. Additionally, the infrastructure in Nepal is not as developed as in other countries, which can lead to higher transportation costs. The lack of efficient transportation networks and the need for specialized vehicles to navigate the terrain also contribute to the high cost of logistics and delivery in Nepal. Furthermore, the country’s small population and limited market size can make it less attractive for large-scale logistics companies, leading to higher costs for businesses operating in Nepal

After Placing an order with Fashion Kart you will receive your ordered item in 

  1.  For Kathmandu,Butwal,Bhairahawa & chitwan within 1-2 working days 
  2.  outside Kathmandu or regions mentioned , it may take up to 2-4 working days, taking consideration of normal situations.

in bad weather or unfavorable conditions Customer’s will be informed & we appeal for patience from customers side & Assure to deliver products as soon as possible.  

There are three considerations that can be taken for this:

  • If the item runs out of stock, it would be labelled the same and the item won’t get added to your wish list. However, if the item goes out of stock after it has been added to your Fashion kart Wishlist, but before your check out is completed, you will be informed at the time of check out.
  • Such items can be added to your cart and we would try our best to provide you with your chosen item at the earliest possible. As soon as your selected item will be available with us, we will notify you for the same so that you can place your order.
  • If a product goes out of stock after you have placed your order and received an order- confirmation, then, we will try our best to fulfill the supply by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, we will inform you about the unavailability and cancel the item as per your convenience and reverse any charges made to your credit/debit card against that item.

Currently, Fashion Kart delivers only within Nepal from our portal, so if you want to order something you just need to provide a Nepalese address and phone number to get the successful delivery of your product. 

PAYMENTS

We understand that you might want to pay for an order by Cash. That’s why we have got a convenient option where you can pay at your doorstep before receiving the package. however you may have to pay a convenience fee which will be notified you before we pack or ship your order. 

At present,

  2. Pay securely through eSEWA payment gateway
  3. Pay securely through khalti app/payment gateway
  4. we also accept debit/credit cards (visa & mastercard)

RETURN & REFUND

Product Return/exchange or refund request window is 7 days from the date of purchase. within this time period customer should initiate the request.

Every product listed on fashionkart is provided with details about sizes,dimensions & color variations. we encourage customers to check them before placing order. If also When customer places a order with us, fashionkart team contacts customer via call for order & details confirmation that way there are few instances that you will recieve a wrong product.

for a situation where customer needs to return/exchange or get a refund, customer should contact us via details provided on our  Contact Us page.

Returns / Replacements / Refunds will not be entertained under the following cases

  • If products are used/altered.
  • If product is returned without the original packaging (Packaged box, Price tags, labels & accessories.
  • if serial number has been tampered.
  • For Damaged/Defective products  reported after 48 Hours of Product Delivery.
  • for items sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the product page & Terms and conditions page

We provide refunds in the form of store exchange or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges for a different size or color are also available.

We initiate Replacement OR refund within 2-3 working days of receiving the product at our center.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

While our standard policy is 7 days from date of purchase, we understand that circumstances may vary. We strive to be flexible and consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
